Unbundled Family Law Services

Also known as “Limited Scope Representation,” unbundled family law services relate to a process in which the attorney and client agree to limit the scope of the attorney’s involvement in the client’s case. If appropriate, family law litigants may find unbundled services to be cost-effective, as the process enables the client to determine which case issues will be handled by the attorney and which issues will be handled by the client.
